Purpose and Scope
This policy explains how Athens Amazons Sports Club collects and uses personal data in operating its rugby teams and related club activities. It applies to players, prospective players, parents and guardians, members, coaches, volunteers, officials, visitors and other people who interact with the club. It covers paper and electronic records, registration, training, matches, events, travel, safeguarding, communications, photography, video, the club website and social media.

The club is the data controller for processing that it determines. It complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR), Greek Law 4624/2019 and other applicable Greek law. This policy is a public privacy notice and an internal operating rule. Where another organization independently determines why and how it uses data, that organization acts as a separate controller and must provide its own notice.
